Do you need help with your ChronoCord®?

We offer the support you need, via e-mail, telephone or TeamViewer.

If you have a problem with the CCTools (ChronoCord® software) we can offer you a quick and easy problem solving during our service hours. How it works? Our service is a problem solution via TeamViewer. That means we can do a problem analysis on your computer from our location and even fix it.

 

For a successful support you need TeamViewer. To load it, simply click on the TeamViewer – remote access button and the download will start automatically. After the successful download, install the program as described below and then start it. Simply tell us the displayed number and password and we will see your screen. The password changes every time you connect, so the whole procedure is safe for you. During the TeamViewer session, we are in contact with you and you can follow what we are doing.

Click on the TeamViewer – Button to download the file “Teamviewer_QS.exe” and to start the installation of the TeamViewer.

 

 

Afterwards a window may appear, in which you have to agree to the execution of the file. Please click here Yes. (see Fig.1)

Then the TeamViewer starts automatically and gives you an ID and a password (see Fig. 2), which changes with each session. Please give us this information via telephone.
