Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You can withdraw from your contract without reason within fourteen days. The period of withdrawal shall be fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party you designate, has taken possession of the last product.

Your right of return is ensured if you inform us (Joysys GmbH, Franz-Pichler-Strasse 30, 8160 Weiz, e-mail: office@joysys.at, tel.: 0043 3172 441110) by means of a clear statement (eg. a letter sent with mail, online via webpage or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can use the sample  Withdrawal Form available for download, but this is not compulsory. If you use this option, we will send you a confirmation of the receipt of the withdrawal immediately (eg by e-mail). In order to keep the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your use of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequence of the withdrawal

If you revoke the purchase agreement, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us) within a period of fourteen days from the date on which the notification of withdrawal has been received by us. For such repayment, we will use the same type of payment that you have used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately or in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us (Joysys GmbH, Franz-Pichler-Strasse 30, 8160 Weiz, e-mail: office@joysys.at, tel.: 0043 3172 441110) of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is respected if you send the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days.

You must bear the cost of returning the goods.

You must pay for a possible loss of value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to a loss necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning or handling of the goods.
